People on April 23 read books at the Seoul Outdoor Library along Cheonggyecheon Stream in Seoul's Jongno-gu District. This year's event is held in the Gwanghwamun, Cheonggyecheon and Seoul Plaza areas of the capital every weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). "Gwanghwamun Book Yard" and "Clear Stream (Cheonggyecheon) for Reading Books" were opened that day, while "Seoul Plaza for Reading Books" starts on May 4.
