The Nowon Moonlight Stroll is a festival of public art and illuminated sculptures held around Danghyeoncheon Stream featuring 41 artworks including such sculptures, Hanji (traditional paper) and new media art.
Music, clown and balloon shows and street arts performances are held on weekends.
